The original trussed-rafter roof was pushing the gable wall outwards and the masonry was on the verge of collapse. We designed a bespoke scaffold to physically restrain the gable, erected a full temporary roof over the property, then dismantled the failed roof structure, replaced every truss and re-roofed the building — all under cover.
